The Pines is a unique Duplex Contemporary Style House, situated at the top of the Seacove Holiday Accommodation, guaranteeing beautiful views of the sea and near by forest Churston Woods. Equipped with grand leather sofas facing a 42″ Plasma TV this is a perfect for any get away.

The Pines (New Accommodation). The Pines is a unique Duplex Contempory Style House. Sleeping upto to Eight Persons. Situated at the top of Seacove Holiday Accommodation. Access to the Pines is by the sloping path by the side of the Bungalows. Main entrance is by steps upto the front door. We have created a reverse accommodation, on the groung floor you will find 3 Bedrooms, One Double with built-in wardropes, and Two twin Bedrooms one with built-in wardropes. The Bathroom has a full size bath with attached hand shower, and Corner Shower Cubicle. Stairs take you up to a Large Open Space incorporating the Dining Area. The Lounge with Leather Sofas and a King Size Sofa Bed, a wall mounted Plasma/LCD screen and DVD with Freeview. A wall mounted electric feature fire.
The fully fitted Kitchen comprising of Fridge-Freezer, Oven, Washing Machine, Dishwasner

There is a separate toilet.

A door from the Lounge leads onto the Balcony area with Patio Furniture, at the rear of the Pines is a small Terrace Patio area.
The Pines benefits from Central Heating, their is no additional charge for Gas/Electricity. Their is Parking for Two Cars, Strickly No Smoking. and we welcome Dogs by arrangement. All accommodations have Towels & Linen and a parking space for each of the 3 Bungalows.
